Low Calorie Soft Lemon Cookie with Protein!


Serving : 16 Prepping Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

For the cookie:

  • 1 box lemon cake mix

  • 2.5 eggs

  • 140 grams plain non-fat greek yogurt


For the Icing:

  • 6 Tablespoons whipped topping - fat free

  • 32 grams protein powder, I used vanilla

  • 1 packet sweetener

  • 4 oz cream cheese - reduced fat or fat free



DIRECTIONS:

For the Cookie:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Take a round scoop and scoop out 16 cookies on a lined parchment pan.

  3. Cook cookies for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Once cooled, top with icing.

  5. Enjoy :)

Icing:

  1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl until you reach your desired consistency.
