Healthy Reese's Egg CopyCat Recipe


Serving : 7 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 grams whey protein powder

  • 85 grams peanut butter

  • 30 grams powdered peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup stevia or zero calorie sweetener

  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

  • 80 ml almond milk

  • 100 grams chocolate chips or baking chocolate

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients other than chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium bowl until dough is formed.

  2. Break off pieces (about 1-2 Tablespoons in size) and form into an egg shape. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate and freeze for about an hour.

  3. Once your peanut butter eggs are frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30 second intervals then dip peanut butter eggs in the chocolate.

  4. Set back on parchment paper, freeze for 10 minutes.

  5. Enjoy :)
