Fat Free Feta Chicken Burgers


Serving : 4 Prepping Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • ⅓ cup fat free feta cheese crumbled

  • 1 cup frozen spinach – thawed and squeezed dry



DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.1 pound ground chicken, 1 egg, 1 clove garlic, ⅓ cup feta cheese, 1 cup frozen spinach – thawed and squeezed dry

  2. Form mixture into patties, Place on a plate (wax paper lined) and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

  3. Preheat and lightly grease the grill or frying pan.

  4. Cook over medium heat, about 8 to 10 minutes per side, until cooked through. Meat should no longer be pink in the center when done.

  5. Enjoy :)
